Fire Safety Training for Managers

Course
Fire Safety Training for Managers

Course Aim:
The Fire Safety Training for Managers course has been designed for those who manage the fire safety for a
company or premises.  This course discusses the legal requirements of a company under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and the role of the Fire Safety Manager under the order, and gives them the necessary information, knowledge and training for them to be competent to manage the facility.

Responsible person?
The Fire Safety Manager role is a person who has been nominated to carry out the management of the fire safety arrangements for the premises.  The Responsible person can also be the Fire Safety Manager though.

The Order states that if you are an Employer, Business Owner or are in control of a premise you are considered in law to be the Responsible Person.  You cannot negate this responsibility by passing it to an employee!
