The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) training is a one-day course that covers a range of CPR and First Aid skills. The training enables a first-aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work.
CPR and AED (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation) are also a day course. With heart and circulatory diseases claiming around 200,000 lives each year, many could lives could be saved if a defibrillator is made available.
Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s) are now becoming more common throughout a range of public and work places. A casualty’s survival rate will dramatically increase if an AED is available and if you have appropriately qualified personnel to use it.
All first aid courses are available across the North East; Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Darlington & Middlesbrough. Book online or call to enquire.
